I founded Cape Crew Consulting after more than a decade in the yachting industry. As an active rotational Chief Stewardess on a leading private and charter yacht, I’ve lived and breathed this career since I was 18.
My goal is to help aspiring crew carve their own path and achieve the same dream with confidence, clarity, and genuine guidance from the start.
