    • Identity & Documentation: Passport details and related documents if you utilize our “Visa Assistance” or “Agency Submissions” services.

    • Payment Information: Billing details required to process payments via PayFast or WooPayments. Note: We do not store credit card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following legitimate business purposes:

    • To deliver mentorship services, including drafting career action plans and conducting mock interviews.

    • To process payments for packages and add-on services.

    • To communicate with you regarding your appointments, course bookings, and onboarding.
    • Specific Service Execution:
      • If you purchase the Agency Submissions Package, we will share your CV and documents with yachting agencies on your behalf.
      • If you purchase Visa Assistance, we use your data to guide your application process.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted third parties to facilitate our services:

    • Service Providers: We use PayFast and Stripe to process payments. These providers have their own privacy policies regarding financial data.

    • Yachting Agencies: Strictly limited to clients who purchase the Agency Submissions Package. We will submit your details to industry agencies as part of the agreed service.

    • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
