1. Mentorship & Discovery Calls

  • Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your call, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Refunds: Requests for refunds on booked calls must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment.
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled call without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.

2. Digital Products

  • Service-Based Add-Ons: For services like CV Creation or Agency Submissions, refunds can only be processed if work has not yet commenced. Once the initial draft or submission process has started, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on work completed.

3. Processing Refunds via Paystack

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original Visa, Mastercard, or Debit card used during checkout.
  • Please note that refund processing times are subject to bank lead times, typically taking 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Transaction fees charged by Paystack at the time of purchase may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of the request.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email admin@capecrewconsulting.com with:

  1. Your Full Name.
  2. Order Number or Booking Date.
  3. Reason for the request.
